This plan is also a great supplement for existing IT staffs having us act as the 2nd tier of support. Under this plan you will receive Annual billings.

  • Bi-Annual 20 Hours

This Plan is recommended for supporting 1-15 employees

  • Bi-Annual 30 Hours

This Plan is recommended for supporting 12-50 employees

  • Bi-Annual 40 Hours

This Plan is recommended for supporting 50-100 employees

  • Bi-Annual 100 Hours

This Plan is recommended for supporting 100-300 employees
