We offer several Monthly Network Support packages.

Premium Package

This package is designed for offices that have 2 or more servers, running Windows NT, Linux or Unix. Generally offices with 16 or more users located at a single site location.

Usually having a mail server running Exchange or similar software.

Included with this service package; Remote Administration of servers. Backup monitoring, Disaster Recovery Planning.

Under this plan you receive 1 hour maximum response time* on any network service related matter. You will have at least 1 dedicated technician assigned to your networks maintenance at all times.

Cost

Labor Rate $60.00 @ Hour

Minimum Monthly Billing: 16 Hours

Standard Package

This package is designed for offices that have 1 or more servers, running Windows NT, Linux or Unix. Generally offices with 15 or less users located at a single site location.

Under this plan you receive 2-4 hour response time* on any normal Network service related problems, and a 1-2 hour response time* on Server Down problems. You will be assigned an available technician from our pool of highly qualified personnel whenever you experience any network related problems.

Cost

Labor Rate $70.00 @ Hour

Minimum Monthly Billing: 8 Hours

Basic Package

This package is designed for offices that have 1 server or Peer to Peer network, running Windows NT, or windows 95 /98. Generally offices with 8 or less users located at a single site location.

Under this plan you receive 3-6 hour response time* on any normal Network service related problems, and a 2-3 hour response time* on Server Down problems. You will be assigned an available technician from our pool of highly qualified personnel whenever you experience any network related problems.
